Festuca idahoensis (Idaho Fescue Grass)

From CONPS: A bunchgrass is native to western North America, where it is widespread and very common. A densely-clumping long-lived perennial grass with stems from about 12-30 inches in height. The roots have symbiotic mycorrhizae. Full sun and low moisture in sand, loamy and clay soils. Deer resistant.
