Amelanchier alnifolia (Saskatoon Serviceberry; Juneberry; Sarvisberry)
From “Native Plants for Birds” handout: Grows 3-18ft., prefers any light and well-drained soil. Blooms late Spring with berries through Fall.
Also good for: butterflies. Feeds: Crows, thrushes, robins, and Western Tanagers.
