Hymenoxys hoopesii (Owl's Claws)
From CONPS: A 1 ft perennial with large, drooping, yellow, daisy-like flowers, suited for wetter and cooler climates. Foliage is yellow-green at the base of the plant. A late bloomer attractive to bees and butterflies.
